Environmentally friendly and sustainable products - Packing

Directive 94/62/EC on packaging and packaging waste is implemented by the Packaging Act (VerpackG). The Directive has been amended on several occasions, most recently by Directive 2018/852/EU, and will in future be phased out in stages by Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR).
